Terrible quality terrible customer service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by J***. on 5 August 2021* I’m OK with it, but think a good test of usability is whether I can show my mother, a perfectly smart person but not technically inclined, how to use a product one time, and not ask me again how to use it the next day, if not reject it outright. If she ever has to ask me how to turn it on or off, why the battery went dead, or other basic functions, it’s a fail. This light fails the “would my mother like to use this?” test, badly. Like I said, I’m OK with this light (it’s good quality and has some neat tricks), but if you just want to push the button and make bright light, or if you’re considering it as a gift to someone who wouldn’t want to take time to learn how it works, there are better choices.
