If you have thin, straight hair, is this going to hold and give your hair more fullness / volume? Or will it look more thin?

My friend has this product and has thin straight hair and it gave him a great hold and made the hair look thicker!

Is this product for women too?

Yes they have products for women

Anyone else notice inconsistencies? Typically a stiff/solid product, but occasionally get a Jelly batch. Sometimes comes full, other times 3/4 full.

I believe it all depends on the scent you choose some are a slightly different consistency.
