The crackle paste is opaque and will not dry clear (which is OK if you are applying over the top of a paint or want an opaque finish). The crackle paste also doesn’t have a lot to key onto with the glass, which means it will be prone to being scratched of if exposed to wear and tear. We also suggest applying with a thin coat, rather than a thick one, to create a larger crackle effect.
