Scullinggear.com has pretty much every thing a rower needs for sweep or scull.I did some research before purchasing this and the square mirror was recommended over a round mirror. That is so the bow/sculler has a wider field of vision behind them. The mirror hardly weighs a thing, and clips on to most head wear. Takes a bit of practice, but indispensable for safety.
