These C5 bibs are excellent. The medium size are actually medium. The cushion pad are of medium thickness but very well designed and feels like sitting on a cloud with my body and saddle. The suspender straps are of super soft material and are unnoticeable. The whole bib weight almost nothing and the front has an extra layer of fabric as a wind stopper and to not rub through the fabric to make it see thru. The cushion ventilates very good, as the whole bib, so excellent for warm days and the double fabric windstopper probably makes it usable even in colder weather. I've used it at 13C without any issues. The only negative thing I can mention are that where the suspenders are attached to the front are made as if they are supposed to be crossed over my chest. It looks like a design mistake or that the factory read the diagram incorrectly. I highly recommend these C5 Opti bibs and I have bought a second pair as a spare.
