Great Replacement
Perfect fit and replacement for the gas cap on my VW. The emissions light was on. I replaced the cap and after a few miles the light disappeared. Problem resolved.

COMPLETE JUNK
This is my THIRD attempt in buying a properly functioning gas cap for a VW Golf. NONE of them functioned properly. NO "CLICK" AS SPECIFIED RIGHT ON THE GAS CAP so the seal is insufficient and the emmisions system warning light is permanently on. This latest one completely fell apart when turning. These are worthless and poorly designed low quality plastic.

Perfect fit
This cap fits my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta perfectly, and the engine light is gone. Also try replacing the gas cap first for P0496 codes. You may save time and money.
