Loving my knife
Im giving five stars because I’ve had it for two days and I loved it since the moment I took it out of the box. I hope this hype lasts for the time I use this product. It feels sturdy, balanced, well done and it’s very sharp. I used it for the first time to cut a picanha roast and it went through the meat like butter, few strokes and light pressure get the job done. I was doubtful in getting this brand because despite having great reviews anywhere, some of the worst said it was like getting a “fancy”, overpriced Chinese knife and it may be true, however I decided to risk it and buy it to get a good quality tool. As I said before I hope the hype remains for the time I use it (and I expect to have it for some time) and as a home cook, I highly recommend this product to anybody looking for a butcher knife.

Cuts like a razor
It came well packaged and was super sharp. The handle is bigger than the other kitchen knives I have which for me was great. The blade is thin and a little flexible. It worked great breaking down the pork shoulder I did. It cut easy and gore a light blade didn't take much effort. I like the saber design. I thought it would be a little long for what I was doing but it worked out perfectly. I was really impressed with the initial quality and was a great value at the price I got it. It remains to be seen how long the edge lasts and how it sharpens, but right now I am very happy.

Great knife.
This knife is sharp, but that's not all. It is weighty, with a good grip and great balance. Incredibly well made, so I would say it is a great value for the money. I don't know yet how it will maintain its edge, but first impressions are 5 star.

Great knife, perfect.
This is a fantastic knife, of exceptional quality and performance. I purchased it to process a large prime rib roast that I aged for 40 days. It arrived very sharp, and ready to go. The knife easily sliced right through the hard exterior parts of the roast, and made perfect cuts. The knife performed so well, I then used it to do fine trimming on the individual steaks, even though it is large for this purpose. From now on, I will use no other knife for this. I highly recommend this knife for serious cutting and carving. Get one, you will not be disappointed.

10" bull nose carving knife
Awesome knife! I got this to butcher my own steaks. I didnt realize how bad my other knives were! This cut my Ribeyes like butter!

Cutluxe Butcher Knife
This is a sharp knife. It looks like a machete! It’s great for cutting huge slabs of meat into steaks. It’s too big to use on a small steak, but it works great buying a big slab and cutting it down into smaller steaks.

Coltello butcher semiprofessionale che prende spunto dalla serie Classic della ben più rinomata Wüsthof...la produzione è cinese ma si presenta piuttosto ben fatto con acciaio che sembra (considerato il suo magnetismo) ferritico con un buon tenore di cromo che dovrebbe farlo resistere alla corrosione seppur evidenzia una scarsa duttilità (sconsigliata la flessione della lama). L' affilatura è più che decente, non ho ancora testato la capacità di ripresa del taglio (mi auguro sia facile). La presa non è il top e ne inficia l' uso in particolai situazioni, tuttavia è più che buono per usi casalinghi (anche in virtù del buon bilanciamento). In conclusione: i miracoli non esistono e visto il prezzo (pagato 24 euro) se si voglia un coltello scimitarra da usare per lavoro , meglio orientarsi su altro (il flettere della lama su un osso potrebbe spezzarla facilmente o rovinarla) , se invece si desidera un buon utensile da cucina da sfoggiare durante il barbecue o per tagliare decentemente, allora il prezzo è un ottimo affare.

Great knife, very sharp, comes with box packaging with magnetic flap. Dice my steak easily.

Knife arrive will packaged and presented. Knife box contained a microfiber cloth, links to an on line recipe book and discount code for future purchases. Knife was sharp out of the box and could easily cut when doing the paper slice test. Handle is a bit thicker than I thought but still comfortable to use. Only issue so far are the rivets and tang are not flush with the handle surface and there is a very slight protrusion from the black handle. This is not a deal breaker but something you should know if you are considering this knife. knife is a bit heavier than usual but this only assist when using it. It cut up my roast like butter. Only time will tell how well the blade holds its edge and quality of blade and handle. Originally I was considering the Dalstrong Shogun but at 3 times the price I though I would give this a go. Only used once but so far happy with this purchase.

I wanted more than a 8" chef knife. This is it. Cut up a whole beef eye of round like it was butter. Good balance , super sharp , comfortable grip. Loved it so much I bought 6 cutluxe knives. VERY HAPPY !!!!!!!!

Das Cutluxe Fleischmesser überzeugt mich voll und ganz! Die 25 cm Klinge ist extrem scharf und gleitet mühelos durch Fleisch, sogar durch Knochen und Sehnen. Der Griff liegt sehr angenehm in der Hand und bietet guten Halt. Verarbeitung und Material wirken hochwertig – nicht vergleichbar mit billigeren Messern. Absolute Kaufempfehlung für alle, die gern und oft in der Küche arbeiten!
