We received used and defected item .. after 10 days return is always pending
The item received was already used and broken, 10 days after pick up the defected items , the delivery of return is always pending although the delivery is in same city!!! Very unhappy with the seller and very unhappy with the quality of service more other the pick up also was not on time , 2 day late Without be informed!

Konnte die Nähmaschine nicht ausprobieren. Der Netzstecker passt nicht für deutsche Steckdosen. Ging sofort zurück. Sehr ärgerlich.

machine arrived on ti e an all of the bits were included on the box, which was a great start. I needed to get used to the front loading bobbin, but it seemed simple enough and there are online videos if needed. So far I am very pleased with the machine, will advise if we ave any issues after using the machine for a couple of weeks.

Es una máquina muy útil la recomiendo a mi me sirve de mucho tiene muchas funciones excelente.
