These little patches are miraculous!!! I get cystic acne and it helps when I feel one starting to push it's way out to put one of these on it. Just gotta make sure you really push it down so the little micro needles can put the medicine in. That part hurts a little but it's not bad. They also absorb any gross stuff that comes out. As a result, the pimple/zit isn't as bad and goes away alot quicker than without the patch. I love these things, where were they when I was a teenager and my acne was at it's worst!?!?

After just applying 1 overnight, I’m already seeing a decrease in my nodular/cystic acne. Hoping these will continue to heal & decrease it. Will order more.

I struggle with painful cystic pimples that pop up once a month and usually last at least a week. I had one that would refuse to calm down with any spot treatments I tried, so I ordered these. After 2 patches the redness, pain and swelling has gone down significantly without tearing open the skin to cause a scab to form. I will probably need a couple more rounds to get rid of it completely but so far it’s working really well! Only a tiny slight pinch when the needles are pressed in but it isn’t painful at all. Adhesive stays on all night

After struggling with acne in my teenage years, I have it mostly under control minus the occasional cystic bump along the jawline or on my chin. These are usually hormonal breakouts but my biggest concern now is ensuring I don't have any hyperpigmentation or scarring as these zits lie deep within the surface. I've used a number of pimple patch products, including Rael and CosRX, but I love these ones from Gr8ful! I am a big fan of this Deep Acne Microneedle version of their patches as they come with dissolvable microneedles that target the breakouts deep within the skin I specifically struggle with. The tea tree oil and salicyclic acid also help to alleviate the inflammation quickly and reduce redness. I am also a huge proponent of hyaluronic acid and use a water serum regularly to maintain my skin's natural moisture barrier, so I love that these patches contain the chemical so as not to dry the spots out too much. I just pop one on wherever I notice I'm starting to get a new breakout, wear it overnight and by the next morning, the size, texture and redness always diminish considerably. At $16.99 for 9 patches, you're looking at under $2 per use, which is incredibly reasonable compared to the thousands I've spent on microneedling and fractional laser treatments. I'd highly recommend these patches to anyone who is looking to supplement their current skincare regimen with an effective, non-invasive spot treatment!
