Gear 2-Inch Shoulder Pad

I found that the edge of the quality, hefty strap on my maxped. Remora rubbed uncomfortably on my neck ( not a problem I had when trying out the Remora style of bag with a far eastern cheap copy one !) so I purchased one of these from the always excellent 'Military First'.That was a year ago, and the pad has had a good trial since which it has survived well. The extra width of the pad beyond the strap edge is soft , so it solved my discomfort problem, and the padding , although light, does add to the comfort of carry significantly. I find that the non-slip underside works with a wide range of shirts and jackets , even slick slidey waterproofs .It took a little while to become accustomed to the pad staying still while the strap slid through it, but it turns out to be a very handy feature , particularly on a single strap cross body bag like the remora which can be swung round to sit in the small of the back when walking then moved to your side to get to the contents.If I had a complaint about this item it would only be that it should come with the bag rather than as an add on .

I requested a non slip shoulder pad as I find it irritating having the strap keep falling of my shoulder, this pad was the first suggestion to come up on the computer and so I ordered it. It arrived today and I immediately tried it on the strap and then on my shoulder, guess what? It slipped off immediately. The pad seems to be well made but in my case not fit for purpose!

Bought for a Manfrotto Tripod bag that does not have a thing like this on it's strap.This arrived swiftly and does the job

there was no problem with delivery,i got the maxpedition shoulder pad early,its great quality and goes well with the maxpedition shoulder strap,this is the foliage green version,i can recommend it.
