I can't begin to say how blown away I was with this knife. For only $30 I was not expecting a solid Damascus hunting chopper/knife. It's got a solid weight, has a great edge, and exceeded all expectations. If I saw this at a knife show I would probably have dropped $50-$65 for this. The leather sheath is wonderfully crafted, not bulky and is lovely to look at. I also know that knife WILL NOT fall out of the sheath if you have to run or are on the move because the 2 snap loops that hold the knife in place. I will suggest that you grab yourself some knife oil to keep it from rusting if you use this a lot but otherwise it's nearly flawless. I really can't recommend this more for it's value, look, and feel. 5/5*

Damascus wasn’t burred. Edge was clean, grip fits my hand fantastic. Lighter than I thought but perfect for dexterity. Been watching this knife for ages and glad I finally bought. Saw back is sharp and the filed thumb edge gives plenty of control. Sheath is snug especially in horizontal draw. Only thing I don’t like is the plastic tie on the outside of the sheath and the one wonky bit in the lower mosaic pin. Will probably replace plastic with leather.

Ill give it a 5. Had this a few weeks maybe a month and used it pretty hard. Have to sharpen it daily but I use it daily too. Great knife especially for the price.

skinned a deer with it used it to even cut the back straps and quarters of the deer. and peeled the patatos and cut the meat I cooked with and love the case its solid durable light weight all in all a very fine blade and I have been collecting and making knifes, swords ,machetes arrow heads since I was a young boy and my grandfather taught me the trade

Great looking blade, but the pattern isn't on the tang so I'm suspicious of being Damascus, the sheath kinda sucks, it doesn't fit my 2 inch belt horizontally and the manufacturers idea of thick is laughable and the little pouch thingy is pretty small and useless except maybe to hold an oily rag to keep the blade from rusting, time will tell

Love the knife & sheath but blade so sharp sliced the stitching on the sheath now have to have stitched again

Damascus can be tricky and needs to be maintained, keep that in mind. I bought this as a gift for a close friend and he was so elated. This knife looks so much better in person. It's sharp as heck and looks great as a show piece and/or works great when needed. Highly recommend, esp for the price point.
