Fake filters?ordering vauen 9 mm filters from amazon thru nordic store for years and today got a lighter red box with white tips on each end. fake?

I experienced the same thing, but I see no problem. They still use charcoal filtering and the two white ends are virtually the same functionally as the blue ends. In my opinion they are not fake and will work just the same.

How often do you change the filter -- per every bowl, every 10 bowels??

Depending on the shape of my pipe the filter gets saturated faster in one pipe vs. another. Some pipes have better flavor if I change the filter for every bowl. Some I change after 2 or 3.
