Will this harm or hurt a Temprapidic mattres?

I have a big fig mattress that is similar to a temprapidic ( you can look up online) and I don’t have a problem with using this rubber hugger. It does keep my sheets on!!!

The bands are 3/4 of an inch wide.

Can this hold comforters on so they don't fall off my kids during the night? Or just for holding sheets in place?

I am not sure I do tuck my top sheet at the bottom. I think with a comforter it would be to thick For the one hugger. So maybe if you use two huggers and the second one with the comforter in place . Place the band at the head of the bed and pull down around the comforter and then pull out from the top side to crawl in. Good luck. Please let me know if that works or you have figured out another way..

how does this work on adjustable beds Do they still stay in place

It stays but when you raise the bed the elastic doesn’t lay flat against the bed . But my sheets don’t pop off anymore.also after you touched the elastic wash your hands good. . I picked up a sandwich I was eating and it was so bitter from the elastic rubbed off on my hands.
