Fantastic cushions - as good as the new ones, if not better - cause they are a bit "higher / deeper" - so ears don't touch the insides of the headset. replacing took few minutes and super easy.

SOULWIT replacement pads for sony wh1000xm3
These are some replacement pads for Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones. The stock earpads are pleather, and were starting to crack from years of heavy use. I like the feel of fabric earpads (or liners), so decided to give these a try. Installation was easy with the snap-on rear clips, and only took a few minutes. Once on, they stay in place and don't fall off, like some replacement earpads that use adhesive. The material is a soft black microfiber, and it feels like memory foam inside. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants to switch out their 1000xm3 earpads for fabric ones.

BEST in Class Natural Leather Ear Phone Replacement Covers for Sony
These replacement ear bud covers for the Sony are better than the OEM plastic covers. I wear them daily for more than 3 hours and they are comfortable and easy to install in about 5 minutes for both sides.

最高！もっと早く買えばよかった。 諦めていて、新しいヘッドフォンを買おうか考えていたら、これをみつけた。安価なのは沢山あるけど、何が良いか調べていたら少し高いけど羊革のがあったので、ポチりました。これだと長く使えると見越してこっちにしました。最低でも二、三年もってほしい。 取り付け簡単です。古いパッドを取るときに、プラスチック定規をつかってとりました。付属のプラスチックの棒でと英語マニュアルにあったけど、見あたらず（おちてました。。）。バターナイフを使えとあったけど、それもいやなので笑 付け心地よいです。新品にもどったみたい。 音が変わるとは思わないけど、付け心地が良いので、音もよく聞こえている気がします笑
