I'm guessing DeWalt powerstack is an attempt for dewalt to prevent ppl from being able to rebuild their own batteries easily so that you have to pitch it out when it goes. **Q: Did anyone else get used batteries not in original packaging?** A: Mine appear new but came in a Uline bag and not original packaging.
