Appears well-made, easy to use, runs smooth and quiet, and gets the job done! The tapered feed in slot helps make feeding the paper in easier! However, I found that 15 sheets of letter size printing paper was the max it can handle without stalling! It stalls out shredding the advertised 18 sheets! If it lasts a decent amount of time, I will be satisfied and would buy another Wolverine shredder!

I have been using this shredder for about a month and love it! Wish I had bought it years ago!! Shreds a lot quickly and quietly. Worth every penny.

The Wolverine 10-sheet Micro cut shredder does exactly what I need it to do. Shred paper and CDs. We were definitely able to put 10 sheets in at once, and while the noise level did increase, for the most part it is very quiet. While we have not haed to empty the bin, it is simple to remove. We had a lot of paper to shred, so have been doing it in batches, but have had no hint of overheating. This is the perfect answer to a home office in need of a shredder.

Love this shredder. Takes the abuse I dish out usually. Rarely jams, very powerful. Kinda pricey but totally worth it in my view. Not too hard to empty. Still running a year later with a lot of use.

Despite the plastic finish and the almost archaic basic buttons, and despite the fact that I received it non-functional due to a contact that came out of its slot and made the grinder unusable (see photos), surely due to transport because it is a little heavy, it's a good grinder compared to several others. It took less than an hour to shred the 16 inches of paper that had been piled up for several months, without overheating or faltering. It’s really a time saver so I’m happy, I was afraid for the quality but no, this price is a little expensive but it’s justified by these points.

Our previous 8-year-old shredder died. So, started researching brands, types of shred, safety features, etc. Decided to order the Wolverine 15 sheet P5 (micro cut) shredder. It is so superior to our last shredder (staples professional shredder) it's really an amazing shredder and so quiet! It is pricey, but believe it'll make my life so much easier reducing our files, statements, irs info, etc. FYI: it can accept a large trash can bag (13 gal) in the bin - just tuck the front of the bag below the white closure clips.

Performance and Value I purchased this for the high security of the micro cut, which is excellent for sensitive documents. However, I have to say it is not really worth the price. The value is quite low over time because the performance goes down so quickly even with light work. I expected a much more consistent experience for a machine in this price bracket. It struggles with even basic home office tasks that cheaper models could likely handle better. Durability and Quality The build quality seems decent at first glance, but the internal longevity is disappointing. I have been very diligent about using lubricant strips frequently to maintain the blades. Despite this, the functionality has degraded significantly in a short period. It begins to slow down and struggle much sooner than it should. It feels like the motor is just not designed for sustained use. My Verdict The security level is great but the reliability is a major issue. For the amount they are charging, you should get a much more durable machine. I cannot recommend this for anyone who needs to shred consistently.

A great every day shredder for home use. Great price. Relatively quiet when on.

This machine is quiet and shreds very well. It is expensive, but it seems built to last and therefore worth the money.
