Review: Really great tablet. Can't put it down. - This is amazing. Have been using this tablet for a week checking out every feature. Great screen, fast performance and the perfect size. Found not a single problem with the software. Connected a Bluetooth mouse (one that does not need a dongle) and a Bluetooth keyboard. When connecting the mouse, a windows style mouse pointer appears on the screen. The keyboard used is the Rii BT11 Ultra-slim Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard available on desertcart. Cool keyboard because it works with Android and Windows. I use one with my desktop because they are compact, have great feel, and are super portable.

**Q: Hi, it this model t580? If it is 580, has 2gb ram memory?**
A: Yes. They are being deceptive by advertising it as 16GB RAM. It does have 16GB flash memory though, but only 2GB RAM.

**Q: How do I fix a black screen issue after accidentally hitting it with my elbow? I tried button combinations but one worked once, but not now!**
A: Hold down on the start button and the volume up or volume down button at the same time. One or the other ought to work. I might also mention, I have occasionally had to take it out of the sleeve I had it in. I have no idea why but it seemed to be interfering with operation.

**Q: Is neflx work on this?**
A: I assume you mean Netflix? Yes. So does Amazon prime videos

**Q: What does Cellular conectivity mean**
A: It means that you have to use wifi to connect this unit to the internet, if it had cellular connectivity you would have to buy a plan from your carrier and you could connect directly with the tab A. I use my cell phone as a hot spot and connect to the internet through my phone.

Everything about this tablet and the description is exactly what you get. Bought 2 and for price they work great. The only problem I had was after 9 months one stopped charging but spoke to Samsung tech and was given a repair ticket and free shipping both ways via ups. They repaired at no cost. Would definitely buy another Samsung product due to their customer service.
