I see I've purchased this five times now. It has become a staple in my pantry for when I am too lazy to go to the store for JUST cream, if I don't need anything else. I used to use evaporated milk and thought of this powdered heavy cream as more for "emergency supplies," but one time I used it and then more and more when in similar situations. This powdered product definitely tastes more like cream than evaporated milk, which makes it my go-to now. I use it in my very hot coffee, so I have not had any problems with cold drinks. I wouldn't think it would work well there; should probably pre-melt a small amount and then mix with cold drinks if that is the goal. And I use a "frother" for mixing, so I don't have any clumping problems, either. All in all, a really good product to have on hand, even if too pricey for everyday use.

Yummy! I was surprised to find this wonderful powder for my coffee. It is perfect for our home coffee bar and tastes great. No aftertaste was a big factor in giving it 5 stars. It not only looks beautiful but tastes the same. I am elderly and live with my daughter and her husband. I get up in the middle of the night sometimes to make coffee which helps with my pain. I try to be as quiet as possible and this is a great addition to the coffee bar because it save me from having to go to the fridge for cream. Because it is dehydrated, there is no waste and does not go bad. My whole family loves it and it mixes easily with my hand held electric wisk.

I purchased this based on the first reviewer judging 4 powdered creamers. I’m trying to wean myself off dairy cold creamers by using powdered creamers. But that’s no better so I’ve been trying to wean myself off powdered creamers. Overall, it’ll do. I use 1 heaping tsp scoop with one powdered (remember I’m weaning). It doesn’t dissolve completely. Leaves a few clumps. I used a mini whisk that helped but still have a few floaters. It smells like cream and does have a milk taste. The taste isn’t off-putting but it’ll take some getting used to. Much of that is because my taste buds have been trained to want corn-syrup filled creamer and dairy liquid creamer. I think overall it’s a winner. The biggest reason is because how natural this is. Minimally processed and real. I can drink it guilt-free.

I stock many Judee's products in my pantry, but none are used as much as this Heavy Cream Powder. I hated having to buy an 8 ounce carton of cream only to use half or less. And lately most stores only carry 16 ounce cartons making for even more waste. Judee's Heavy Cream Powder mixes easily with warm water and works flawlessly in recipes. I can mix up the exact amount called for and eliminate all waste. The quality is excellent, and the price is fair. It's earned a permanent spot in my pantry.

Okay for baking in a pinch. But not to blend into a smoothie. Okay It has a bit of an off taste compared to other heavy cream powders I have tried. It tastes like sheep's milk, to me, although AI said it is sourced from cow's milk.

I’d buy this again. I use it for my portable coffee kit. I like that this is real cream powder - tastes great and easy to travel with. My kit includes a collapsible kettle, rechargeable frother, instant starbucks. I find that the heavy cream powder mixes easily with hot coffee or hot water using the frother- glad I found this & recommend.
