My husband loves this trimmer. So far so good. He likes electric cord and he still move around easily because the trimmer is light.

I got this weed eater because I was looking for one that wasn't gas powered but I couldn't afford the battery powered one. But honestly I'm glad I got this electric plug-in model because it is so easy to use and it never loses power. I don't have to buy gas I don't have to charge batteries, in my opinion it's better and the price was really good. As long as you don't have to go too far for many outlet this is a great weed eater for your project. It's relatively lightweight and easy to use.

I already have a cordless weed wacker that gives me aches and pains becauseoftheweight. And I'm tired of having to recharge it. I ditched it for this one. This is comfortable, powerful, cuts well .Perfect size,ight weight and does a great job.

I bought this style trimmer because it is hard wired rather than another battery needing a charge and another damn charger. Maybe I'm old school but batteries are more expensive than the tool itself. Convenience certainly but really how hard is to plug an extension cord into an outlet. It works well and comes with everything you'll need to get going.

The little screw that holds the protection piece on was a pain to get out so I sprayed it with silicone spray n used a pile wrench to get it out n then put the piece on n now everything is ok , it's a nice trimmer for my small yard

Works well and easy to assemble, although the instructions in the manual book were not helpful at all. Should also highlight that although the trimmer is "corded", you need to purchase your own outdoor extension cord to plug into the trimmer. There is no cord included in the box and that was not clear to me upon ordering, so had to order one after the fact.
