I have always had irregualr mental cycle. i was on birth control since i was 12. i am now 38 years old and after being off birth control for 6 months. My cycles were coming twice a month and were so painful i thought i was going to have to go to the emergency room. i went to the doc he did nothing to help the excruciating pain i was in. My personal trainer told be to start taking this to put some estrogen back into my body, since i am no longer getting it from the birth control. I took this for 30 days, amazing!!!!! i am now back to 1 cycle a month!!!! ya!! and the pain has really subsided a lot. I will continue to take this, works great for me.

I purchased this because I am estrogen dominant and was hoping it would help but I didn’t really see a difference but there probably was not a downside to taking them other than my wallet being lighter. I do not eat enough green leafy vegetables so they probably at least helped in that regard
