Best Biscotti book
I've bought this book three times. I gave two copies away and replaced mine that got lost in a move. It is a wonderful book with great recipes. It has good instructions and make it easy to bake good biscotti.

Pistachio Biscotti - the best!
You haven’t lived until you’ve tried the Pistachio and Golden Raisin Biscotti. But substitute Craisins for the golden raisins! Amazing texture and taste.

Nice little book w/ some good recipes
I have used several of the recipes in this little book over the years. My mom sent it to me when I first started making biscotti. Recently I bought a copy for a friend who tried some of the biscotti I made using these recipes, and she really likes the book too. Some of the recipes are really simple, others are a little more advanced, or maybe just take a bit more time (e.g., the Ciccolato Paradiso require more steps including beating egg whites to fold into the dough, but they are really yummy and worth the extra time and effort).

Caramel Walnut....Delicious!
I just ordered and received this book a few days ago, and immediately made the Caramel Walnut biscotti because I had all the ingredients on hand. They're delicious. My first thought upon receiving it was that it would make a great gift if you bought someone the book, AND made your favorite batch of biscotti for them and included them. The book itself is just so darned cute. Be forewarned, however, there are no pictures of real biscotti in the book, but I didn't miss them at all. The recipe I made was well written, easy to follow, and turned out wonderfully, and I'm no baker. My only complaint, and I hesitate to make it, is that the print is exceptionally small in this book. However, it's the "smallness" of the book that makes it so attractive, so that makes the small print tolerable. I will definitely be making more of the recipes, and highly recommend this book after making only one. They were THAT good!

Great recipes, but no pictures!
This is a fabulous recipe book - but buyer beware, there are no photographs of the biscotti. There are drawings. I like to see what I'm about to cook, especially if I'm planning to give the food item as a gift. The drawings are lovely, but they aren't representative of what you end up cooking - and while it's great to give a good tasting gift, it's equally important to make sure they're aesthetically pleasing, something you don't know with these recipes until you've actually made them! This is a big frustration.

I bought this years ago and moved and lost it, so I needed it again for my biscotti recipes that even cafes would ask me to supply them with the apricot biscotti which seems to be all time favorite.

Great collection of Biscotti recipes and techniques
I've had this book for years and baked a wide variety of biscotti for family and friends. I bought this copy for a close friend who, like me, loves biscotti.

This was a used copy I bought with notes and sticky pages throughout showing the previous owners tried a good portion of the recipes. I've tried two so far with excellent results. If you are into having biscotti with your coffee, this is the book for you.

My local store stopped stocking biscottis and I was paying a small fortune for them on-line. I tried an on-line recipe and they were OK, in sheer desperation I ordered this book and all I can say is BRILLIANT. Sucecess from the first attempt, and this froma 62 year old bloke. Mind you cooking is just likme negineering, stick to instructions and you will succeed. Thanks for this little gem. No more going to Starbucks for me

Great little book full of wonderful recipes. They range from the very basic biscotti recipe to others that require more ingredients and a bit more work. Every single recipe I have tried has been absolutely delicious! Strongly recommend it if you like to bake and love biscotti.
