Great PC for the price! Sure, if you have the skill and time, you can build a better PC cheaper. That's called business! Bought two of these, one for each of my kids, and I am extremely jealous. Not only are they cool as hell, they perform great! Plug and play! I had and issue with one after a power outage and had nothing but fantastic customer service! I was able to fix the issue and we are back up and running! I would definitely recommend this PC and if I can convince the wife I might get one for myself.

I got this PC about a year, and it worked remarkable well, but after that, it started running really slowly, even after getting new replacement parts for it. I haven't been able to get it to stop freezing, but everything I try to get it to stop, only fixes it short term. It would be great if they could specify the parts in the PC so I can update the drivers for the hardware.EDIT: Tried checking the site for support about this pc, everything on site is sold out, and there is a 404 error on the support page

I bought for My grandson 12 year old grandson . we have to add Wi-Fi adapter and other modifications. I don’t think the PC is worth the money. Will send it back for total refund. DO NOt BUY THIS , no Wi-Fi connection. You will have to purchase a Wi-Fi card and other system updates.

I bought this the end of April or beginning of may this year for my sons bday. It gives off a lot of heat when it’s on, freezes, wouldn’t shut off, and now won’t turn on. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone for help and now I feel I wasted a few hundred dollars for something that broke in less then 5 months. Great gift to waste money and break a kids heart for it to break down fast with no reason. Unsatisfied customer

First we could not figure out why it wouldn't get on the internet. then we realized it has a wifi dongle. They totally skipped installing a wifi card internally. The issue with this is speed. Downloading a video game has taken 48 hours and its only halfway. Its downloading very slowly compared to the previous computer which had a wifi card internally and an antenna.You can't game on it even with the specs if the download speeds are horrible. If you can HARD LINE connect in you will be fine but if you use wifi it will be very painful.
