Zippo All-in-One Kit with Black Matte Windproof Lighter

Zippo has been making fine products for over a century. And while their prices have gone up substantially over the decades, one of their lighters still makes a great purchase, a solid investment. Because you know that you have something that's going to last you the rest of your life. With the vastly diffrientiented lineup of their product line, some of them are even heirloom quality peices. I've got plenty of BIC lighters in the house, but it just feels nicer to click open my Zippo and light up and click it shut. That little pocket watch 'pocket' on most jeans makes a handy storage place for a Zippo. Buying this kit is really nice, you get a handy Flint dispenser, a can of lighter fluid and your choice of a brushed chrome, brushed brass, or matte black Zippo. I chose the black. Additional: I've seen comments from some who don't know about the "Zippo" culture. When you buy one of these, you have to fill it with lighter fluid, either Zippo or Ronsonol before it will light up. I suggest you buy this kit, or, go get a can of fluid and a flint dispenser to keep your lighter going. It's part of being a Zippo owner. If you have a brass lighter, be prepared for wear and scratching. If looks are important, get some brass polish and clean it up occasionally, it'll look like new. Take care of your lighter. And if the cap goes wonkey. Send it back to Zippo, they'll fix it free and send it back, free of charge. Every Zippo has a lifetime warrantee.

The product is the classic Zippo design. I like how it all comes in one package: the lighter, the fluid, and the striker—everything you could possibly need. I took it camping, and it performed its function well. One problem I had with the product is that it only works optimally if it is facing the right way up. Otherwise, the first does not really burn. It is a nice color and somewhat scratch-resistant. It fits in my hand well if a little small and it is nice and rugged and the metal is cool to the touch. In terms of filling the lighter, sometimes the fluid leaks a little and gets on your hand, but that is all.

Build quality is great the durability is of Zippo quality no leakage and functionality is as expected.. I really like this combo pack because it gives you a good starter pack I guess even if you just need the lighter at least by getting this you get a little more value in bang for your buck. I had a Zippo for 20 years and it finally broke on me after 20 years since it in for replacement parts but I ended up buying this as well as a backup I use it for my bushcrafting and outdoor activities mainly. Did a fuel test today and it is completely empty after letting it sit for 2 weeks cuz of the evaporation (shown in Pic), but filled it up and good as new.. 😎👍💯

JUST CAN'T BEAT IT, THE GOOD OL ZIPPO! LIGHTS UNDER JUST ABOUT ANY CONDITIONS AND SO EASY TO MAINTAIN FOR A LIFETIME LIGHTER. AND I THINK THE BRASS ZIPPO I CHOSE IS THE NICEST LOOKING.

This is the most cost-effective starter pack I've seen for getting everything you need (lighter, flints, fluid) to have a working Zippo. The lighter itself is not showy and is on the smaller side, so it doesn't have the visual impact, nor can it hold as much fuel as a larger one, but it is a Zippo and produces a good flame. Mine has not leaked so far, BUT it did completely evaporate once between uses -- I don't use it that often -- which the Zippo website confirms can happen. That was a surprise to me since the lighter seems to be more or less airtight, but I guess it isn't. So you have to check the fuel level between uses and fill it up fresh if you're planning on going on a camping trip or something, or you might find that it will produce sparks but no flame. On the whole, owning a Zippo hasn't been as glamorous as I expected LOL. Filling it can be messy, so I'd recommend wearing gloves, or the lighter fluid can get all over your hands and maybe also the floor, and between the flints needing to be changed, etc., it can require a surprising amount of maintenance.

Zippo is the best! This all in one kit gives you everything you need! Zippo will last a lifetime and beyond, quality craftsmanship

Love it. Keep it in my pocket when Im out on the water fishing. Works every time ...just keep it full.
