Will this adjust to my height 5'1"?

Yes. Lots of room to adjust. I'm 5'3". My kids (both around 4') also use this hiking stick.

Is it possible to buy a replacement hand knob?

I tried to get in touch with the company, but never heard from them. They certainly have a very bad customer service. Fortunately, I was able to put some gorilla glue, and that did the trick, at least for me.

The pole does not indicate where it is made. I now use a trekking pole as a cane. Even though I have several Leki poles, I use the ALPS pole on a daily basis and it is equal to the Leki. If I should lose the ALPS, I will be out only $30 instead of $100 for a Leki.
