It is a joke
Started using this product and within a couple days my blood sugar went up and it took a couple days for it to come back down after taking it. I do not recommend this product at all and neither did my doctor but I had already bought it first. I would’ve given zero stars.

Product not working
I’ve been taking this product for over a month and I have not seen any changes in my blood sugar. I’m on a real strict diet and workout program and still no changes.

Seemed to help but has side effects
It seemed to help some but after using this a week I had a lot of flushing. My face was red and I felt hot every day after using it a few days. It all cleared up after I stopped for a few days.
