Menicon Progent is a highly effective deposit and protein remover compatible with all GP contact lenses. Soaking the lenses for 30 minutes will remove protein, lipids, and other contaminants.Progent does not require mechanical cleaning (rubbing) to clean, polish, and disinfect gas-permeable lenses.Menicon Progent Protein Remover for Gas Permeable Contact Lenses is a mixture of two sterile solutions, Progent A and Progent B, which are mixed in a Progent Vial. Allow the lenses to soak in the solution mixture for 30 minutes. Progent Rinsing Solution (sterile purified water) is provided for rinsing the lenses and Progent Vial.Please note that Menicon Progent should not be used on lenses treated with Tangible Hydra-PEG as it may damage the coating.
