Everything is well packaged and not a scratch when unboxing. My only complaint is the clamps that hold the headset to the quest are alittle slippy making it hard to set up comfortably.Edit: owned the strap over a while now and it has a major flaw, because it moves so freely it takes a while to get comfortable and it can move out of position because of a poor grip on the headset. Not sure if this is a one off thing but bare this in mind whemn buying the strap. Otherwise once you get it in the right place you can barely notice it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Keeps coming apart. Also the crank on the back is weird.
