This ice is compartmentalized into 9 tiny ice blocks. Great idea actually, the problem is the are wrapped in plastic. The plastic have very sharp edges that dig into your skin. The side that is meant to be flat to your neck is only mesh so every compartment with a sharp edge scratches the crap out of you. Would be a fantastic ice pack if the design of the compartments of ice were in a higher quality casing. Tonight I scratched my neck up good, felt worse with my sunburn. I have been putting up with it now for over a year.
