The photos I posted are from stirring, but don’t think using a blender bottle will help — it just creates a thick, undrinkable sludge that’s even worse. I’ve tried dozens of protein powders and never had one this unusable. Total waste of money.

Coming from carnivor beef protein, this will knock your socks off. I feel so much better knowing I am getting what I paid for instead of a house blend of ingredients. This stuff mixed together perfectly with a cup and spoon. The French vanilla flavor isn't bad at all either
