Review: Good balence of B vitamins. - It is hard to find a Multi B complex, that doesnt just add 50 mg of everything and the say it is balenced. It is by numbers, but not by how much the body requires. Per the standard of B vitamins as per truly balenced, in order for the body to use them adequately and completely, there needs to be.. for example..20 mg of Niacin per 1.5-2 mg each of B1, B2 and B6. This at least comes closer then most and does give some of the other B Vit that others dont, like Biotin, Pantothenic and Inositol and Choline. I use it and add any extra amounts needed .
