Not liking it!
I didn't like the smell or taste of the tea. It smells like burning wood and isn't worth the price at all. The flavor was equally disappointing. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this tea to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing tea experience.

I drank the Burdock root tea for the first time and found the taste- interesting like a lightly perfumed woodsy flavor. During my sleep-which the quality of sleep was amazing (fitbit let me know) and the dream I had was nice, fun, and peaceful. It told my husband (prone to night terrors) of my dream and he decided to pur himself a cup that night. He woke up refreshed and had an amazing dream and said it was a fun dream he hasn't had in a long time. We are both drinking it most nights and loving it. I did some googling to see if we are just crazy and it says many reign Burdock root as a positive dream enhancer- we are believers and can attest to that. Love the tea and quality I just wish we didn't rip a few bags so make sure you are not ripping into your tea bag when you open it! Thanks Buddha Teas from Utah!

My ND requested I drink Burdock tea to help with liver detoxing. I wasn't too excited about that. It doesn't taste great. So I did a work-around. The only tea I've really enjoyed is Chai flavors. So I already had the bulk spices in my pantry; ginger, red tea, cloves, cinnamon, licorice root, orange peel, stevia, etc. So I throw the Burdock tea bag in my cup and add my own tea spices to help cover up the burdock flavor. I just found a great tea mug on here that holds the loose spices/herbs as well.
