Product description Gateway Foods Oat Fibre Flour contains 100% natural Oat Fibre. Very high in fibre and contains low calories. You can use it in baking as a flour substitute … usually in a blend of other low-carb flour such as coconut flour. Since it soaks up so much liquid, if you are substituting it in your own recipes, you need to make sure you also adjust your liquids upwards. If you suffer from constipation, oat fibre will definitely help. Storage, Store in a cool, dry place away from strong odours> Once opened, keep in air air-tight container Size-1 pack contains 1 kg of Gateway Foods Oat Fibre. Thanks for shopping with us. Ingredients Fibre FAT,Protein,Sodium, Carbohydrate Review: this is keto and great for baking - this is great for low carb baking. Other reviews say it's not keto as it's oat flour but read it properly it's not oat flour it's oat FIBRE flour and low in carbs as it's the outer husk. It's best used with a combination of other flours eg almond, lupin, flaxseed. I make a soda type bread with lupin, golden flax meal, oat fibre, psyllium husk, eggs, yoghurt and seeds. I also add it to almond pancakes 50/50. I have previously used another brand of oat fibre that was like cotton wool and not great. Will be using this brand from now on. Review: The correct oat fibre - Have been making Keto recipes using a different brand of oat fiber bought from desertcart, and it was a strange clumpy substance. Lovely oat fibre
Nice and light … some of the reviews say it’s not oat fibre but it feels and tastes exactly that to me and I’ve been making keto bread for years and lost over 8 stone in weight … So I will definitely be back for more… A big bag and value for the money too… hope this helps xx

Too ridiculously expensive & is NOT OAT FIBRE!
I regret to have not taken my time to look around for a better price for this product. It is extremely expensive that it can't be justified. Also, I found out that it's actually OAT FLOUR, NOT OAT FIBRE!!!!! BEWARE 😡 I will not be buying again for that reason.

Its not oat fibre, it's oat flour...
A bit misleading to think this is fibre as it's not, it's flour. I needed fibre for a project and ran out of industrial ingredients and eventually found this, but disappointed to find it was a flour. Don't get me wrong, it's very high in fiber, but not an oat fibre product.

Not oat fibre!
This is labelled and sold as oat fibre but as soon as i opened it it became evident that its oat flour, and on closer examination of the label, sure enough "oat flour" is in smaller print. 5g carb per 100g compared to oat fibre which is typically less than 0.5g. Used 50g in a keto loaf of bread and the whole loaf tastes strongly of oats. There should be no taste to oat fibre. This is mis labelled purposely in my opinion. Avoid!
