Module will began to delay after get a trigger signal. And output terminal status will change after delay. This function can be used in circuit protect form misoperation or prevent instantaneous high current. 2. Cycle timing. The load switch changes state according to the specified time after set cycle time. 3. Delayed power off. If use need control a light that need it power off after some time. This module can meet this function. 4. Circuit switch. Protect the circuit from damage caused by prolonged operation.

Review: If you need timed control, this is it. - This device is much more complex and capable than it would first appear to be. It has a backlit blue LCD screen which shows the timer mode, and the countdown timer, and is also used to set the parameters for the module. The screen automatically powers off if there are no inputs for 5 minutes. It is intended to be panel mounted The timer can be set from 999.9 minutes down to .01 seconds. It controls one circuit with a built-in relay on board. It will operate on from 6 to 30 VDC, and the relay is marked for a rating of 20A, for both 125VAC and 14VDC. The instruction sheet shows a 220VAC load connected to it, and says it can control up to 5A at 220VAC, so I guess that's OK , too. When the onboard relay is not activated, the idle current is a mere 15mA. If the relay is active, it goes to about 50mA. I cannot verify the actual capacity of the relay, that's just what's marked on it. So if your controlled device falls within that range, you should be all set. This module has 10 different timing modes, and allows high and low voltage triggers, or the front panel switch to control the start time for the timing cycle. The settings are retained after power is turned off, so you don't have to reset them each time you power it up/down. The operating modes are varied from simple to very complex . You can use a "push to start timer" mode with the front panel button, which will then either open or close the relay, depending on the mode you've selected. You have a choice as to whether the module then starts another timing cycle automatically, or waits for another trigger to do so. The other modes can be much more complicated, and if you need them, the instruction file for them will probably make sense to you. I suspect most will use it in one of the simple "Time to start", or "Time to stop" modes. It can be used for one cycle, a specified number of cycles, or an infinite number of repeats (LOP, which I guess stands for Loop.) If you need the more complex hi-low signal triggering modes, you will need to access the inside of the case, which is simple to remove, and connect to a Molex-type connector on the circuit board. But a simple screw-type On/Off Power connector is easily accessible from outside the case. It even has an onboard serial data interface UART, which can be used to upload parameters to set the timers, modes, etc., through a serial connection. But the documentation is a little sparse on that score. If you need more than the info in the instruction sheet, I would contact the manufacturer for more data. But as a simple timer, or complex cycle timer, it is very capable, and seems to work very well. I tested several modes, and everything works as advertised, once I figured out what the different modes were supposed to do. All in all, there's much more than meets the eye here.
Review: Disappointed - Way too complicated to program. Returned it.

## Features

- ★LCD Display Shows a Variety of Parameters: The current mode and parameters are clear at a glance, very clear, simple and practical. In the running interface, short press the SET button to display the current parameter settings of the system, which does not affect the normal operation of the system. In P4 ~ P7 mode, short press the DOWN key to switch the display content (running time/cycle number)
- ★Support Button Trigger Control: The relay module delay power off and trigger delay cycle timing circuit switch Support button trigger control, high and low level trigger, switch control, suitable for most occasions
- ★With Reverse Connection Protection: This trigger delay cycle timing circuit switch has a key pause function, with reverse connection protection, the reverse connection does not burn
- ★Support UART Data Upload and Parameter Setting: You can set different OP, CL, LOP parameters, these parameters are independent of each other and saved separately. All set parameters are automatically saved after power-off. For more details, please read the user manual
- ★Automatic Sleep Function: In the running interface (P0~P7 mode), long-press the pause button to start or close the automatic sleep function (L-P selects on to start the sleep function, about five minutes, without any operation, the LCD backlight automatically turns off, the system Normal operation, press any button to wake up; press the off button to turn off the sleep function)

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this help me P0:0P?**
A: With the proper amount of current and electrical connections to yourself, YES... this product will most likely cause you to PO:OP yourself. Get out of here with this type of question troll. Can't believe I actually got an email from Amazon to even answer a 5 yo question like this.

**Q: I want to use this device to close the output relay while the DC+ trigger is energized and stay closed for a few seconds thereafter. Can it do this?**
A: Watch this video-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hLm6ldcxXc - any it should answer any questions you might have. There is a QR code that comes with the timer that the instruction manual is downloaded with. This relay controller is quite versatile. Hope that helps.

**Q: I want to use this to sound an alarm after so many seconds if my side by side turn signals get left on for too long. ideas?**
A: Yes … should be easy enough. Program the timer for the delay you desire alarm period. The voltage to the blinker can activate the timer and when the timer expires the alarm will activate. You should be able to find a variety of alarms that will work nicely and draw <1 amp which is easily handled by the timer. You’ll need to isolate the two sides so something like a couple 1N4001 diodes should do the trick or a couple cheap relays. Good Luck!

**Q: i'm talking about the 3 l, grnd, & h trigger pins inside the relay.q:... triggers with 15mv. i thought it needed minimum 3 volts...**
A: Trigger voltage, the minimum required voltage is 3V

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An awesome little unit
*by C***I on 20 June 2023*

The relay looks great, and works great. I used it to bypass my trucks AC computer that went out. It would have costed a small fortune to repair it the “right” way, I installed this and it works perfectly now. Cycles my compressor on and off, (you can adjust the timing easily) and it looks pretty cool. Retaining clips on the side allowed for a clean install right into the dash. Instructions aren’t the best, but they were good enough for me to understand what I had to do. 5 stars!
