When I bought this and it didn't work exactly how I wanted it to the moment I plugged it in I thought it was a disastrous purchase. But 10 minutes of googling and a little problem solving this has turned out to be a fantastic purchase so far. So after installing the correct software I believe it's called 'elfkey' for windows I was able to map the left pedal to the 'c' keyboard key (works great for TC2 cover/reload) and the right pedal to 'right mouse click' (works great for VC2 reload). Smarter people than me could probably make do with the single pedal by figuring out the off screen reload function in the sinden app but for a plonker like me the dual pedal setup has been a godsend. Build quality is great for the price and the pedal mechanism is a very satisfying press and works perfect for the above mentioned games. These won't compete with an authentic arcade pedal but for what I wanted they are brilliant and have saved me a lot of money. My only criticism is they could be slightly bigger but that says more about my fat feet.
