I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The machine itself is very basic, and the fact it broke after only a few months is unacceptable. What made matters worse was the customer support. I spent over an hour on the phone, only to find out that nothing had actually been actioned. I then had to follow up again via email just to clarify the situation and move things forward. This level of service, combined with such poor product reliability, is shocking. Philips used to be a brand I trusted, but based on this experience, that reputation no longer holds up.

Good blender its used at least 3 times a day. Still going strong, well worth the buy

Nice product from a good brand. 4 stars because although it says processes ice, the ice must be small cubes and it doesn't like ice with frozen fruit. Do one or the other. Needs liquid with frozen fruit.

It doesn't work well.. I can't recomand it..it so frigile

Never expected this, so I had to get a adapter to use as the plug cannot be used with the wall plug points we have in Australia.

The blender didn’t work out of the box. Returned next day.
