First off, the box that the product was packaged in arrived crumpled up, with clear tape securing top of the box. I tried spraying some laquer paint, thinned significantly with water and I couldn't get it to spray even a drop of paint. I then cleaned the spray tube fully and tried to spray just water. It barely had any spray pressure and only a few drops of water trickled out of the spray nozzle. The worst part is that I can't get a refund on it because it's "used". Sherwin Williams told me you should not have to thin out the paint in the can.
