What size of the nipple that comes with the bottle ?

They come with 2 slanted slits in the top. It reduces the flow slightly but you can enlarge the slits if need to increase flow easily.

Is the flow suitable to 20 months old? My son takes level 3 dr browns nipple. Is the flow faster than that?

Maybe a little faster, but not much.

Is this product good to use?

I didn’t like this product and returned it.

How does the spout work? We can't get anything out of these.

There is a tiny slit, the baby has to suck on it. You can also turn it upside down and squeeze the spout and a small amount of milk will come out. It’s a slow, but great transition from regular baby bottles to this so they don’t chock.
