Agreed. Ridiculous video. I want to hear the supposedly soothing sounds the product makes, not the incredibly annoying music accompanying the video.

It seems you can keep it plugged in 24/7, so it's not using the battery at all.

Do you have to use the time or can this run continuously through the night??

You can set timer for 30, 60 & 90 minutes or let it stay on all night.

Is this product free returns?

I have asked that question also--if you register the product on their website you can return it thru them, but if you buy it thru Amazon, they have a good return policy of products they sell.
