I wasn't sure what to expect. When I purchased this product Covid was out there and starting to wind down a bit. I suffer with horrible allergies that include coughing and coughing up stuff (sorry). When I started to take it, I did notice that after a couple of days my coughing began to lessen and I could take deep breathes without coughing like before. I bought these because of the list of ingredients looked very promising. I'm overweight and have trouble breathing because of that. As expensive as it is, I take one in the morning and I take one at night before bed and I can take that deep breath like you wouldn't believe.
