I was dead set that this thing was going to work that I even bought two. I read through the directions several times and made sure I installed it properly. My husband was doubtful and said that it didn't feel like it was working but the light was on and I mentioned that it shouldn't be warm because it only keeps your pipes from freezing. I put some insulation on there just in case. Sure enough, we left it alone at the RV for a week during the holidays and came back to a frozen pipe and busted water hose. Haven't had a chance to assess the damage to the RV considering that we are still trying to thaw things out.
