Very effective pre workout supplement. I definitely felt the harmless tingling sensation the container warns of. It does have a bit of a sour aftertaste, but that goes great with the blue raspberry flavor anyways. The container is sold by weight, so don’t be surprised when you see it’s only half filled brand new. The only negatives I can think of for this product: 1) Price - $2 per scoop 2) Foamy - Don’t shake it much at all, it foams up A LOT! 3) Dust Cloud - Definitely creates a cloud of dust when dumped into your bottle (very glad their protein doesn’t do this) If you can afford it I think it’s worth a shot! It’s definitely effective, and the negatives are minor besides price. I feel like they could make this a slightly better value.
