I got this for dream enhancement. I started with half the recommended dose, one capsule. Great results. I can definitely tell the nootropic effects are there, as I wake up any time during the night feeling alert and rested. For dreams, it builds a tolerance. Best results taking a few days off when they aren't noticeably helped. Paired with huperzine A, no ill effects but no substantial increase in effects either.

Tried one cap once in the middle of the night. Had one episode of vivid dream.

I was hoping to notice a difference taking these. But even tho ay doc said I could double the dose, and after a month of that no noticeable improvement. I reordered to start doubling.
