The quality of this sleep aid is great. They are easy to ingest. There is excellent focus. When my sleep is improved it will improve my health. The sleep improvement will make me feel good. I am very happy with my purchase.

Amazon is not giving me refund, I am not going to still taking this supplement anymore and i am not going to buy anything for this brand either.. the provider does not care about this. This suplement is horrible, After I took 1 pill it gave me a headache... it helps you to sleep but the worst part is when you wake up because you are still with headache and the rest of your day you are dizzy or feeling tired.. I tried for 3 days and it was enough I thought was only me but I gave one pill to my husband and He said he was feeling sick all day, I dont know what's going on but it's horrible, don't buy it !!

This works wonders for my (adult) son. For me? It does not do anything. It depends on the person, I suppose?

Disclosure, I've used these only once, but that one time was the best sleep I've had in a long time! I suffer from RLS and will wake up multiple times through the night. I've tried just about every OTC product to little avail. My experience with these... I took the recommended dosage about an hour before bed. I didn't necessarily feel tired and ended up staying up a little later talking with my son. When I finally did lay down, I expected my experience to be like every other sleeping aid, tossing and turning, especially considering I didn't feel very tired. HOWEVER, after closing my eyes, I WAS OUT. I did wake up 2 or 3 times throughout the night but was so tired I fell back to sleep... My SLEEP won over the RLS I could feel trying to creep in (for anyone that sufferers from RLS will know this is just about unheard of). I woke up still tired, but once I got moving and had my caffeine, I was solid. Granted, this is a one-time experience and I haven't tried them again since the first time (last night from the time of posting this). I don't write reviews very often, but this was worth taking the time... Thank goodness for a well rested night! Worth every penny!

You wake up feeling weak tired and not well-rested. Do not recommend even if you cut the serving size they are very bad
