I bought these as a teacher because most of my students prefer to work with the classroom lights down low, but I always have a few who need a brighter light to read or work by. I keep two of these on my desk and pass them out to whoever wants one, and they always get oohs and aahs from my high schoolers. They've lasted at least an hour without running low on power, and I toss them on the charger (it is a specific charger, unfortunately, so don't lose it!) whenever I remember and they're always good to go. They have a bright, white light, and the dimmer is fully functional, taking the light smoothly down to almost nothing with a simple hold on the same button you tap to turn them on and off. They're true-to-size, and you could easily toss one in a bag and take it with you if you tend to work in dim libraries or coffee shops. They certainly create a cozy environment when I'm in my classroom early on a rainy morning! I didn't expect much when I bought them, but they've become one of my favorite classroom purchases.

Very nice little cordless lamp. At first I thought that it might be too small. But, after using it, it's just the right size. I'm using to light up the area on my card table for crafts. It's also dimmable. Will store in a small, tidy way if I'm not using it. I suspect it will hold a charge well. The first time I used it was for about 2 hours, with no weakening of light. It does not come with a charging cable. But, we all have a dozen of those roaming around the house, lol. However, it does not use a charging cord that is compatible with all of my android stuff. I don't know the name of the charging cord, but it would have been compatible to my "older" electronics. More of a trapezoid shape. My apologies for not being more informed here. I suspect it is listed in the description though.

When closed, this lamp is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. It only takes up about as much space on your nightstand as a dessert plate. Super simple to use, the instructions are printed right on the base. It's battery operated, you recharge it like your cellphone. (It comes with its a charger.) The specs say it will last 75 hrs on a full charge, but I've never run it for that many consecutive hours. I recharge it every other day. The brightness is adjustable but not to a large degree. It does provide enough light for reading or using my laptop in bed. It's touch activated so I can reach over in bed & turn it off without reaching halfway up the wall for a light switch. And it easily fits into a handbag or backpack so you can have a light to read by literally anywhere. For under $20 this is a Great Find!

This desk lamp is really cute and perfect for adding a little aesthetic to your setup. I love the design it’s simple but still stands out, especially on a desk. It gives off a nice soft light that’s helpful for working or doing small tasks. It is bright, but not super bright, so I wouldn’t rely on it as your only light source. It’s more of a cozy, supportive light rather than something that fully lights up a whole area. What I do love is how compact and lightweight it is and it’s easy to move around! I’ll definitely be bringing it with me when I travel. It’s convenient and doesn’t take up much space.

A nice size lamp that I can use in my vendor booth to light up certain products. It charged up quickly and gave off a good amount of light. I can't speak to the battery life as I haven't put it to the test yet but it is very sturdy and folds up into a compact disc. I like the fact the light part is protected when I threw it into one of my bins for the craft vendor markets.

Works great and the light is bright. It stays charged for a long time. I would recommend if you need a good desk light.

I’m honestly not sure why this portable reading light has so many good reviews. Maybe there just aren’t that many great portable reading lights on Amazon to compare with. First, it does not use a USB-C cord for charging. The plug that goes into the lamp is an older type, which is disappointing, especially since most devices now use USB-C. Charging itself doesn’t take very long, but I still wish it supported USB-C. My biggest issue is the touch dimmer control. The light turns on when you touch it, but adjusting the brightness is not very intuitive. It’s kind of hard to control how dim or how bright you want it to be, and it doesn’t feel very user-friendly. It is bigger than I expected. It’s still portable, but just larger than what I imagined. Overall, I’m not very impressed. It’s not terrible, but I don’t think it’s a perfect portable reading lamp. I’m considering returning it, but I’m a bit tired of returns, so I may just keep it.

The product is wonderful and met all my expectation from the description. It fits in one hand and it is light. I only have LED ceiling lights and this little lamp is definitely bright enough as an additional light source whenever I read a book or work on my laptop. It makes it so much easier to work and my eyes feel much more relaxed now. (It’s also wonderful for reading a book at a dim restaurant/bar without disturbing others.) And the seller is a fantastic communicator. There had been an issue with my order on the courier’s end (which is not the seller’s fault at all in the first place). Before I had even realised that something went wrong, the seller started working on resolving the issue, and made sure that I was updated as soon as possible every time there was a progress. I really can’t thank the seller enough for working hard on that.

Works well, appears to hold a charge, brightness is excellent, very compact. I use it as a desktop light source at a remote workstation which comes equipped with a choice of blinding overhead fluorescent lights or no darkness.
