Here's the truth. My h and I like to go to a Vietnamese restaurant and order one bowl of soup to split between us. (It's a big bowl). They agree to give us a second serving bowl but transferring the soup is left up to us and it's not easy! (We've ask them for a serving ladle and they don't understand us). Last time we went I put my small gravy ladle in my bag and used it to split the soup. Yay, worked great....but what an idiot, I forgot it there. Doh. No chance getting it back. So the first thing I did was look at Ebay to see if I could find one like the one I had. I found a couple, but then I thought hey wait...I'll check Amazon. I found lots of choices, but thanks to the reviewers here I settled on this one. Holy cow, no exaggeration....this small ladle is everything. What an exceptional design...Modern, pretty, and a wonderful size...a joy to hold. If you need a small ladle, this is the one!

Arrived quickly....looks much more expensive than cost and looks great on my serving tray.

This item is not the same as the picture. It does not have the curl at the end which would make it easier to hold. It has a straight handle to the end.
