Also pronounciation is not added you can learn a lot on that from any ladybird book. Waste of money. Review: Great Dictionary! - I got this dictionary to use as a literacy volunteer with a 76 year old reading student. It is fabulous. The print is large enough to read easily but not too big. The illustrations are interesting and a nice addition. Best of all the alphabet is printed vertically down the side margin of each page. That makes it easy to tell where the word you are looking for is located. The phonetic symbols are listed at the beginning. They stick to basics and make it easy to figure out how to pronounce new words. The vocabulary included is sufficient for most needs.
