Went through a lot of Jabra products over the years. I know each individual has there preferences, but I always try new headphones out. Whether it's Sony, Jabra or other companies. I always swing back to Jabra for my go to and for good reason. My first pair of truly wireless earbuds was the Jabra Elite 65t. Worked pretty good, but didn't really have ANC or block out other sounds very well. Still, it was a solid choice when I was mowing my lawn. Mt first bluetooth for cellphone use was the Jabra Storm. It was great to have something for phone calls, but definitely needed some of the advanced features we all take for granted today. I love stereo and both ears being engaged. Found a call center job from home & decided to purchase the Jabra 75 Engage. This is by far my most favorite out of this group. I am not a fan of in or on-the-ear, but these were so light weight and comfortable that even though I no longer work that job....I use these for my PC every single day without issue. It has DECT 6.0 for talking around my house anywhere and is perfectly crystal clear for voice and no one even hears anything going on around me (TV, vacuums, etc...). Even tried the Jabra Evolve2 85 and they are still good and sound better when listening to music, but still the 75 Engage does a much better job. The 75 Engage also stays better connected. Not sure why, but it just does. So as you can see, I have everything in almost every category concerning a Jabra headset. Now to the real review. The Jabra Elite 7 Pro. I do not use in-the-ear earbuds that often, but they are the only way I can take phone calls or listen to music while I mow the lawn, which is at least every other day in the Summer. It does a great job with the sound app to cancel out noise and I look forward to taking a call while mowing to see how the bone conduction is working and sounds for the people on the other end of the call. So far, it works very well for noise cancellation. No problems with people hearing me or sounding muffled. Gotta say, these are worth the money when they are on sale. There are by no means cheap for retail price, but wait for the sales and I say pick them up. Last is I even bought a pair of Jabra Elite 7 Active for the wife and I will say they feel more comfortable than mine fitting wise, but the ones we received were faulty. Called Jabra directly and their technical support is top notch. I could have called Amazon and still received a new pair, but....Lately I've been calling directly to see if the results are better or worse. Jabra did not disappoint. I didn't have to send the defective ones back either, but they sent a new pair ASAP. I know Amazon would have said upon return, they would send a new pair, but I like Jabra's style better. Just snap a few picks and they sent me one within 2 days time. Very satisfied and will most likely be a fan for as long as they produce quality earphones. They may be expensive, but top of the line companies charge a lot & it doesn't matter who they are. Sony, Jabra, name a few major brands & they are all over $130. I implore people to try different types and companies, but Jabra has never steered me wrong yet. On top of the great customer service (which is rare nowadays), they make a great combo to deal with.

There are so many things that I have loved about the Jabra Elite 7 Pro Bluetooth Earbuds. From the minimalist packaging, to the compact design of the carrying/charging case, to the Jabra Sound+ app to "tune these to my ears; the experience has been great. The first features that made me say "oh wow" were the HearThrough & (ANC) Active Noise Cancellation. I have used other products with ANC, but the ability to adjust this was a huge bonus and made this feature so much more noticeable for me. From being in a busy, noisy gym to locker rooms & team buses with excited teenage athletes it was great to be able to experience my music with a noticeable level of noise reduction. On the other side is the HearThrough, which actively uses the mics to pic up noise around you and play it thru the speakers. This has been great when I have been walking my dog or going on hikes so that I am not completely oblivious to my surroundings or having to sacrifice my listening experience. The fit of these in my ears has been really good, using them while working out I have yet to have an issue with them adjusting or slipping out, even during heavy moisture intense workouts they stay in place. The gels are comfortable and only took 1-2 times to figure out the right one for me. The sound quality has exceeded my expectations, I have used previous Jabra products as well as other manufacturers ranging in price and the Elite Pro 7 in my experience stand up to the name Elite. Battery life has been excellent and the ability to charge via traditional charging cord or Qi compatible wireless charging has made it so easy to pop these on the dock with my phone & watch when I need a refill. My only real challenge was while using these for work video conference calls, the first couple of times the sound was choppy but it seems to as of lately gotten better. I have been searching for similar experiences as I would really like to utilize these as my everyday for everything wireless earbuds. Highly recommended!

I have the Jabra Elite Active 75t , and mostly liked them, though I guess people sometimes had a hard time hearing me. So I was eager to get these when they came out, as they had the promise of a much better sounding microphone. The good things about the Elite 7 Pros: - I think the mic is better in noisy places, though I'm not on the other end of calls, so can only judge by how often people seem to have a hard time hearing me. UPDATE: People seem to have a really hard time hearing me when I use the 7 pros for phone calls. Even in a quiet room people say the sound quality is very bad, and in noisy situations it is even worse. So while in the other direction there is decent sound quality for listening, given the poor mic quality, I would recommend against getting these if your primary use is two-way calls, as opposed to just listening. - The 75ts had ridiculously boosted bass that I found unusable without adjusting the equalizer. The elite 7 pros sound a bit more balanced. Of course, they still aren't great compared to my audiophile custom-molded wired IEMs, but at least out of the box the sound is tolerable. And nowadays wired IEMs are just too much of a hassle to use in conjunction with face masks. - On the 75ts, I frequently ended up accidentally pressing buttons and hanging up on people when adjusting the earbuds in my ear. The 7 pros have slightly stiffer buttons, and a default that requires double-clicking to end calls, so this hasn't happened to me. (I could reconfigure my 75ts.) - The 7 pros seem to have better passive noise cancellation. Partly this may be because there's an internal mic to check the fit, and so the app had me install larger ear buds. Interestingly, I find the active noise cancellation makes a much less noticeable difference than on the 75ts, but the end result is slightly better. - The 7 pros will let you use just the left ear as well as just the right ear, compared to the 75ts in which you can't use just the left ear. - I think the battery life is better, but the 75ts were more than good enough, too. If I'm on a really long flight, I'll eventually get sick of the wireless earbuds and switch to wired even though the wires get all tangled up in my face mask. Now the bad stuff: - The 7 pro case is bigger. Not a lot bigger, but somehow the 75t case really hit a sweet spot for me, where it was comfortable to carry in the same pocket as my phone. The 7 pro case is just not as comfortable to have in my pocket. - The 7 pro case is hard to open one-handed, compared to the 75t case which is a pleasure to open one-handed. Also, the 7 pro case just feels a little cheaper--there's a little wobble in the hinges compared to the 75t case, which feels really high quality. - The main reason for the new case geometry is wireless charging, but I've been unable to get reverse wireless charging working with my pixel 6 "battery sharing" feature. Not sure if it's the pixel's fault or the Jabras', but I've also had the case stop charging at 75% when I dropped it on my Belkin charging pad. Basically, whether or not it's the fault of the 7 pros, I don't find the wireless charging useful, and especially don't think it's worth the new case design. - The 75ts can simultaneously connect to two devices. The 7 pros connect to my phone, and if I want to use them with my computer or tablet, I have to turn off bluetooth on my phone before the computer can connect. - Even though the 7 pro buds are actually smaller than the 75ts, they don't feel smaller. Somehow the taper of the microphone on the 75ts just feels really pleasing and appropriately shaped, while the 7 pros, while still fine, just feel a little clunkier to me. So basically if you want the best mic sound in crowded places, I'd go for the elite 7 pros. If not, I would at least consider getting the Elite Active 75t model, even in 2021. It's certainly not the case that the more expensive 7 pros are categorically better.

Let me preface this by saying I have both this model AND the predecessor to this model - the Jabra Elite Active 75t. I also have upgraded the firmware on this Elite 7 Pro to the absolute latest version as well as I'm using the latest best Android phone available the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra (also with up-to-date software). Before looking into this product, I, like many reviewers, was pleased to hear from (sponsored) YouTube channels that the microphone/call quality on this was "best in class" or significantly improved. Since this was a big issue with my previous Jabra headphones, I decided to splurge and buy this product. I'll review a few things about this product independently, and finish with the worst part - the microphone. Sound quality (not call quality -- that's below): It's good. These don't sound any better than the Jabra Elite Active 75ts, and in fact they might sound a little worse on the low-end. If you're not familiar with the other Jabra product, at least it's worth noting that this is still a good sounding headphone. I use them in the gym for some intense workouts and I do enjoy the sound. The in-ear fit is great for me. I was, however, expecting a sound improvement over their previous version, and unfortunately, they didn't deliver. All in all, it's a great sound, but you can save a lot of money by going with the previous version of the Jabra in the Elite Active 75t. Form factor: I quite love the form factor. It's the smallest and most seamless true-wireless bud I've found. I don't think anything on the market right now rivals the form factor of the Elite 7 pro. It might have sacrificed a little of the sound depth in order to improve on the form-factor at this stage in the technology game, and I guess that's a fair tradeoff. The gold-beige color also blends quite nice with my skin tone and they become far less noticeable, which I think is a nice plus. Noise Cancellation: It is truly almost non-existent. When calibrating the noise-cancellation using the Jabra Sound+ app, I was almost convinced it wasn't working on any setting because the difference was so discreet. The buds do fit nicely in my ear so that produces what's called "passive noise cancellation", and it's as good as any other in-ear headphones, but the Active Noise Cancellation is extremely underwhelming. If you're looking for ANC, look elsewhere. Sorry. If you have the older model, the Jabra Elite Active 75ts, ironically I believe they produce better Noise Cancellation than the Jabra Elite 7 pros. Battery Life: It's quite good and the specs check out. I use them oftentimes at night for falling asleep to a podcast and having great battery life is a big plus, especially in such a small form-factor. Multipoint: I have the latest Firmware and Jabra recently released "Multipoint" connectivity, so the buds can now pair with multiple devices, which is great. This works, and I haven't had any persistent issues with it. Being able to use either the Left or Right earbud independently is also a great plus. Mic/Call Quality: Here's the most egregious reason for my 1-star review. Immediately on placing my first call, I was hit with negative feedback from my call recipient. I've called multiple people in multiple scenarios and hit with a universal understanding that the ambient noise is oftentimes louder than my actual voice, even in relatively quiet environments. I have a very normal toned male voice, so there's nothing wrong with Jabra not picking up my voice. I've made calls from a wide range of locations - my office, my car, the grocery store, walking along the street, etc. Even in my office, where there is nothing but a fan (8 feet away) and the sound of me typing, it was an unpleasant experience for the recipient. The hum of the fan was in no way reduced by what Jabra claims is dynamic ambient noise reduction. Zero percent. I've used WhatsApp and other apps to send voice notes so that I can replay the listener's experience for myself, and I can confirm that the ambient noise is absolutely brutal. Jabra claims to be using bone-conduction technology to sense when you're speaking and drown out ambient noise and it is certainly non-existent. I've spent literally hours performing the very tedious and time-consuming steps of resetting the buds and re-updating the firmware and there is no improvement whatsoever. I've done this three times. Based on the reviews of other users online; on Amazon, Reddit, WalMart etc, this is not an isolated issue. This is a huge problem. As mentioned prior, I also own the Jabra Elite Active 75ts, and they also have a terrible ambient noise problem, and I can confirm that the call quality has not improved a fraction on these Elite 7 Pros. Based on the complaints I have received from call recipients when using them, it is actually worse. Using my headphones to also take calls is an absolutely critical feature, and the Jabra Elite 7 Pros make this experience extremely painful at best. Overall: If form-factor is a big deal for you, as it was for me, then these offer a fantastic form-factor and good sound, with solid battery life. Using either the Left or Right bud independently is also a pleasant plus. If you are expecting to use these to field phone-calls of any kind in anything but a truly silent room, I overwhelmingly urge you not to buy these. Your call recipients will thank you for not choosing this product.

Purchased and reviewed with Firmware 2.2.0. Owned headset for 48 hours so I'm still learning the nuances. Pros: - Audio quality is truly the best I've ever heard from any set of headphones I've tried. Great bass and natural sound with music. Amazing. - Multi-point connection is wonderful. I would have griped if I had purchased prior to this feature being implemented. I have connected to both PC and mobile phone. Works seamlessly. - Volume control on earbuds (just found out about this after reading manual. Might have only give 4 stars before knowing vol controls available) - Hear-through mode so you can hear external noises as needed - Sound+ software actually adds value to product and not just data mining software loaded on your mobile device - Fit wonderfully in the ears. No chance of them coming loose. I'm currently using the large tips but may go back to medium size after further wear and testing - Ability to use just one bud instead of both for mono use (phone calls) Cons: - Firmware update from original 1.0.0 to 2.2.0 was a bit of a challenge to get uploaded and installed to buds. Update just refused to begin. I was pretty disenchanted for the first hour or so because the Sound+ software kept pestering me about the update. Ultimately, I had to reset buds and case to get the firmware to install. Follow the reset procedures in the manual if you face the same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Sound+ software as well but i don't believe that was the resolution. Side note - the case does not have to be plugged into the USB charger to apply firmware updates. Case just has to be charged. Misc: - Although call quality appears to be fine, in-ear buds tend to force an echo in your head while speaking. Always been the flaw with in-ear buds as a whole for me. Not a Jabra thing, more of a format issue of in-ear buds. I believe between Hear-Through and using just one bud for calls may rectify most of this issue though. - Jabra Direct software on my PC keeps trying to install Firmware V 1.0.0 for some odd reason. More of a Jabra software issue than a Jabra 7 Pro bud issue tho so just an FYI if your facing the same. - Hard to tell if noise cancellations has much of an impact because in-ear buds kinda eliminate noise anyway. I'm still testing. - I had originally inserted the buds upside down. I had to use pictures as a reference for how they properly insert. Design is not immediately intuitive for proper insertion but once understood makes sound quality superb. Overall, I'm so impressed with the sound quality and the comfortable but stable fit of these small headphones. I was torn between purchasing this model vs Sony's WH-1000XM4 . I leaned toward Jabra because I own 3 other headsets from them and have been pleased with the quality and life span of all. Again they do not disappoint. Firmware 2.2.0 brings these buds firmly into 5 star territory for me.

I ordered these after doing a lot of research to replace my AirPods Pro.. Comfort - Comfort is a big thing for me, and out of earbuds I have tried, the AirPods Pro’s have the best comfort. Reason being? They’re designed in an oval shape which is proprietary to the shape of your ear canal, which is also oval. These were comfortable for the design that they are as they do not protrude into your ear canal like typical earbuds do. They have 3 sizes of eartips and I found the standard ones (Medium) to be the most comfortable. I had a little bit of ear burning after about 6/7 hours (I am a truck driver so I need Bluetooth headphone/earbuds) but it’s wasn’t anything that was substantially painful. Sound quality - The sound was a bit harsh on the high end frequencies, good mid and bass tones/ranges, not overly powering, not too much not too little either. Using the apps EQ adjustments was definitely a plus as it was easy to use, you can save your adjustments and for me, it calmed the high end down so it wasn’t so harsh. Call quality - Heres the bad.. just like with my AirPods Pro, certain people could hear me, other people said I was so muffled it sounded like I was covering my mouth to talk, some people said I was quiet even if I was talking louder than normal.. it got tiring constantly having to almost talk over everything ambient. The only time I was decent in volume to people is when I was in a quiet place with no ambient noise around. The goofiest part of these earbuds is the hear through which can be adjusted but allows you to hear your own voice. I don’t understand what the purpose of it was but I turned it completely off. Unfortunately another downfall was that you could have the volume all the up, and could barely hear some people and others you’d have to turn it almost halfway down to hear clearly. They have multiple mics to pick up your voice when speaking, but I do believe that this technology needs a bit of tweaking. ANC/Hear Through/Off modes - Here is where the Elite Pros succeeded.. the ANC mode is incredible, you don’t feel or get the sense like you ears are in a vacuum like how the AirPods Pro’s or even the Bose and Sony make your ears feel. It does an excellent job balancing that out, but also is fantastic at blocking out noise. Even in my semi truck which is older, so it rattles and creaks etc, none of the noises could be heard. Hear through mode, it’s a little hard to get used to at first because you can adjust it, but it can sometimes make you feel like you’re cupping your ears to hear. I never had to take the earbuds out to hear people, unless I was in a above average noise my environment. Off mode is where I consistently kept the earbuds at all times. They do a good enough to allow some hear through, and cancels out a decent amount of noise just enough to not need to switch to ANC unless you absolutely get annoyed with hearing music or whatever and noise at the same time. Usage/case/app - These are easy to use, no doubt. Getting them in and out of the case, in your ears, out of yours and back into the case can be a struggle sometimes due to the button being very sensitive on both earbuds, and the button being the basically the size of the earbuds itself. The button function themselves is quite light, meaning a simple light press and you feel the button engage. Very good design so you don’t have to press hard to change the functions you dedicate to each earbud like the AirPods Pro or Sonys for example. As I mentioned I am a trucker, so I left one earbud to change from ANC/hear through/off and the other one to play/pause. The app is very easy to use with everything being on the main page as soon as you open it. It’s very nice because it does show you battery life per earbud and charging case, which is something I enjoyed a lot, along with the earbud modes and EQ as well. You can change all the button functions for individual earbuds, dedicate whether you want Mono mode (where you can use one earbud or the other instead of both), change the voice and other options including firmware updates. A small downfall I have to say is the charging case.. the lid is a tad bit flimsy, and gives you the feel of cheap hinges and it could break if you’re not carful. The earbuds do stay secure in the case when they are charging, but the material inside the case, in my opinion needs to be different. Sweat, and let’s face it, ear wax (even if your ears are super clean) will kind of, stain the material for a lack of better words, and will need cleansing quite often. It had wireless Qi charging which is a plus for sure! Battery - Last but not least.. battery life. These things do stay true to the rated battery life hours. I put these in one day, and got almost 9/10 hours out of them one a full charge.. sometimes I work 10-12, and my AirPod pros had to be charged 2xs a day just to get through the day. These things, seriously have a good battery life which seems to be a hot topic when it comes to truly wireless earbuds. The case does have a really good battery in it as well, and I was able to charge the earbuds from almost dead to 100% 3xs before I needed to charge the case. The earbuds and case have LED lights to indicate charge status, with the one on the case being a little difficult to see, which is where the app helps because you can open the lid of the case to turn the earbuds on, and the app automatically recognizes them and will give you battery percentage data. Conclusion - Overall, if you’re truly looking for some earbuds that have good comfort, excellent sound quality, better functionality and ease of use with some of the best battery life out there, then these are for you. I would however highly recommend for extended use, investing in the SpinFit 1025 eartips for these earbuds. The factory ones, they’re good, but the Spinfit conforms a little better with more comfort. BUT… if you’re looking for earbuds mainly for calling and Bluetooth capability, I would look elsewhere.

My first Jabra purchase was the Elite Active 65t. They were a bit bulky but I really enjoyed them. I used them while practicing sports, while working and while travelling. The Noise Cancellation was much better than I expected, the battery life was decent for me but what really got me hooked was how clear the other party could hear me while on phone calls outdoors. There were little complaints and I thought, "this is the brand I've been looking for for quite a while". The right side stopped working after about 2 years after the same use I've given it during that whole time. Nothing out of the ordinary happened, it just stopped working. Then the pandemic and lockdown happened, I didn't need them anymore for work or leisure so I did not bother upgrading. In the meantime I purchased the 65t for my wife, she barely used them because they were too bulky for her ear and I inherited them during the pandemic for leisure and travel. Surprise!: The left side stopped charging after a few weeks and that was it. I figured something happened during the pandemic and lockdown after my wife stopped using them and they were stored for a few months before I used them. A year later, in 2022, I purchased these Jabra Elite 7 Pro thinking they were perfect for me. Now I am regretting it... and here's why: Cons: 1. They were still expensive being practically top of the line when I purchased them. 2. The battery does not last as much as my previous models 3. The other party can barely hear me outdoors and quite a few times when I am indoors, they hear an annoying echo. 4. The charging case is so difficult to open under normal conditions. It drives me crazy at times. Pros: 1. They are close to a perfect fit for my ears' shape 2. The sound quality is slightly better than the previous models. I lost my first set so I purchased a second set thinking and hoping it might solve the issues but there were no changes. Therefore I am convinced it is a product issue rather than a specific issue with the first one I had. I like Jabra but I will be really looking for other options on the market because the last upgrade was no good for me. The 2-star rating is due to the poor design of the case and especially the fact that the other party can barely listen to me when I am outdoors.

I love these buds. I looked at all different ones and I’m really glad I choose these. They have multipoint functionality now, the app is easy to use, ANC is great, they are easy to use and the sound is really good. Based off my experience with these, I recommended the 10pro’s for my sister who loves her ones too!

I had previously bought 65t elite, I liked it. When I bought this product, it's a disaster. The mic is horrible; the ear pods lag a lot, and some times I put the earpods in the case but they are still connected to my phone. This just a few examples to the many minor things that make this earbuds unsophisticated. My ear pods now stopped working, and the case does not charge. I try to contact Jabara support many times I they have yet to reach out. Was a customer, now for sure switching.
