It has a long cold water tubing which can be cut although it could be slightly longer. It also has the silicon tubing for hot drinking water. The hot lever has a safety feature that you press down to unlock to turn the hot water on. Best of all, the locking plate is designed for installation from the top of the counter. It can be folded to slip into the hole from the top; unfold and secure with 2 screws. There is no need to fight the cluster underneath the sink. Excellent product.

This was an urgent replacement for an old faucet. Compared to the old device, the installation was a breeze. It has a novel, low-hassle, mounting system that eliminated having to struggle under the sink in an impossible-to-reach location. Rather than the usual washer/nuts etc from below, this is entirely mounted from above the sink. You lower an expanding retainer through the hole and tighten bolts from above. It is hard to overstate how easy this is to install compared to what I've dealt with in the past. It looks nice, feels decent to use and feels well made. I wasn't entirely sold on the upward-facing faucet levers but it works fine in practice. The hot water faucet lockout seems solid and I'm getting used to it. I'm using mine with an under-sink Insinkerator hot water heater. This faucet appears to be mostly brand agnostic. One caveat: Make sure this is the right kind of faucet for you. It is not simply two on/off taps. Instead, the hot tap pushes cold water into the tank to exchange for unpressurized hot water. It could be reconfigured to function as two full pressure on/off taps but that is not its intended use.

The faucet drips unless you are firm on the shut off motion. Also, we cannot have the water tank set to the highest temperature as this only makes the dripping worse The appearance of the faucet is nice and it goes well with the renovated kitchen but the drip is annoying

Works great. Arrived before I expected it. Installation was a breeze. Only other thing I had to buy was a hole saw to cut a hole in the counter.
