I've had their regular (sweet) masala mix, was impressed and wanted more. Being out of the regular kind, I opted for this. The first cup felt a little underwhelming (because I so enjoyed the regular), but by my third cup I see why would one want a non sweet one! The flavor is just as good, but you can control sweetness. A little (say a half to a full teaspoon) of sugar is enough to heighten the spice flavor and make it a completely addictive drink you will just want everyday :D I'm so sold on their product now that I got a pack of 50 this time around (their regular kind). I don't think they'll last very long, the way I'm drinking them...

I am a heavy tea drinker. Have tried all the ready mixes in stores and online and so far this one and its variants have managed to beat all in taste and sweetness levels. Have been getting this for 7 years now and is still going strong. It’s amazing how others are unable to get the right mix as pricewise this is a little expensive !

Jaipur Avenue Original Spiced Chai Tea Mix is a great option if you want real chai flavor without the extra sweetness. The one without sugar, I was happy to see this option. But this one is not good at all. The proportion of tea n milk powder is not right. Tried several different methods to make it right but this one disappointed us. We love its masala tea with sugar just that sugar is bit on higher side.

This original Masala Chai is spicy, not sweet. Each sachet includes 5 grams of sugar. That is almost 1.5 TEASPOONS per cup so still sweet but much less so than the flavored ones. All the flavored ones have 12 grams of sugar=1 TABLESPOON per cup and they are 5 star delicious! The Spicy Original Chai tastes ok. It seems less ‘rich’ and I can’t get it as foamy as the sweet ones (using an Aerolatte whisk). Still, I’m trying to cut down on sugar so will continue to purchase the spicy version and only use the sweet ones as a special treat. I do wish they would start making Cardamom and Saffron as well in the spicy, less sweet version. Overall, I think this is a high quality product.

Love all the Jaipur Avenue flavors but had to ditch the sugar. This unsweetened one is a good alternative.

They thought this was just a low sugar version of their regular chai tea latte but it tastes very different, and not in a good way. It's also very clumpy. Edit: After a week of drinking this, I realized there is no amount of spices or sugar you can add to this to make it good, which is just odd since there other variation is decent.

I first tried this chai at a fancy food store which only carries the best food products. I liked it and bought it. Now, I am totally in love with it. it is my daily drink in the morning and I am totally addicted to one - two cups every day. I discovered it at a time that coffee was not agreeing with me. The chai gives me a little caffeine, hydrates me better and just agrees with me better than coffee. This chai with its background of spice and just, ever so slight sweetness will spoil you for other chais.
