I read this really helps your immune system keep cold sores away on top of the common cold and everything else so I'm going to start taking it. With all my research I can't figure out if Gaia or Herb pharm is the better company I would love to know. I will probably end up trying them both. We will see if I can get past 6 months without a cold sore. Lemon balm and everything else won't keep them away. I'll never quit trying find something that will help and I guess there are clinical studies out there about atralagus and really helping. I will update.
